Let me start by saying that both my wife and I are so very pleased with the job that was performed, and the result…

The job was performed during last week, which you might remember was not the perfect week to perform this kind of job, as we had several days of hard rain.

Not only did Robert Hirasek and his crew show up every day, whether it was raining or not, whether it was Saturday or Sunday, but they started early and finished late, and worked very hard and non-stop. They didn’t seem to take any breaks, and if they did, the breaks were very short. They were clearly there to do a job, and to do it well. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up, inside and out.

…I am a Vice-President of a national food company. I appreciate professionalism, courtesy, and people who take pride in what they do, and “go the extra mile”, do more than what is asked and exceed expectations. Robert Hirasek is a professional and conducted himself accordingly at all times…toward myself, my wife, our 5-1/2 year old daughter (who I think had a crush on Robert), as well as toward his crew.

Robert Hirasek clearly takes pride in what he does. He is a perfectionist, and expects the same from his crew. My wife and I got the feeling that he worked on our house the same way he would have worked had it been his own house, and you can’t very well ask for more than that. Robert Hirasek knows his craft, he does it very well, and the result shows it.

My wife and I just wanted to express how pleased we are with the job that was performed, and how pleased we were that you sent us Robert. I hope you realize what an asset he is to your company."
