"Now that our bathroom remodeling is complete, I just wanted you to know how happy we were with the whole thing. You may remember that this was my mother's bathroom and at 91 she does not adjust to change very well. I had asked you how long the toilet would be disconnected to do the floor, so that she did not have to use the other bathroom at night for too many nights. Your estimate was correct and it was only two days. Thank you for that effort because it made it easier for all of us.

As for the rest of the job, it too went as scheduled. Jim was an immaculate worker, covering all the carpets with plastic and cardboard so as not to damage the carpet when carrying out the old sink, etc. The job was done in a week as anticipated as well and did not drag out forever. I have a friend whose bathroom remodeling took three months. So thank you once again and I most certainly will call on you again for our next project. Do not hesitate to use us as a reference for you."
