"Earlier this year I dropped you a note to tell you that based on the commercials heard on WOR for the Home Remodelers Group®, we had them put on our new roof. I wrote to tell you how pleased I was with the job that was done, and how great my home looked.

Well, during the heavy driving rains on Sunday, Nov. 28th, we developed a leak near our chimney. A call to the Home Remodelers repair service resulted in a repairman being sent out early the next day. He found that the flashing on our chimney needed to be caulked. He spent a good hour cleaning up and fixing the area affected. The weather tomorrow will tell if he got the right spot, but I just wanted to let you know that Home Remodelers does stand behind the work they do, and are quick to respond to an emergency.

On the radio, the commercials talk about the fine work that members of the group do, but it's nice to know that there is service after the sale, and fast response to emergencies.
