This is to acknowledge receipt of the refund of our deposit in the amount of $800. When we learned from our Condominium Association Board that we had been denied approval for replacement of our front porch as planned with Don Marletta, we were terribly disappointed. Don was a pleasure to deal with and had promised that a refund would be made should approval be withheld, but I assumed that there would be an inordinate delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the expedient processing of our refund. While we purchase far more than we refund, it has been our experience in the past that refunds inevitably are difficult to obtain. This case with The Home Remodelers Group® proved to be the exception to that rule.

The company certainly lives up to its commitment to complete customer satisfaction and the result is the generation of our good will. We are already considering other projects within our home (projects that are not subject to Board approval) for which we will call on your company. Moreover, I have and will continue to refer Home Remodelers Group® to friends and neighbors for projects in their own homes.
